Owen O’Neil Associates had its beginnings as Hugh M. O’Neil Company in 1944. Since its inception in 1987, the successor firm has designed a variety of commercial buildings and industrial plants. In addition to small projects such as retail stores and remodels, the larger projects may be classified into three major market categories: (1) tilt-up concrete construction, (2) seismic retrofit, and (3) post-tensioned concrete structures.
The firm is fully AUTOCAD equipped for computer aided drafting and design. Our computer programs for structural design includes such major software titles such as ETABS, POSTEN, WOODWORKS, RISA3-D and ENERCALC.
The firm is dedicated to the principles of scientific engineering design to achieve structures that are economical through practical and simple methods of construction.
